Why not?
I've been hearing that a lot of people are doing the cleanse. So I figured why not try it myself. After reading the reviews on various websites your not sure if these really do what they say. I've been told this process helps the following:
Stop Smoking
Lose Weight
Cleans your liver
Cleans your colon
Helps with Headaches
and more...
So after having two kids, smoke and have other issues we'll see what happens...
